Cognitive Wellness Kit [DO NOT RETURN IN DROPBOX]

These kits have been developed to provide experiences for those with cognitive impairment (including dementia) and their care partners.

Note: This kit is for entertainment purposes only and not meant as preparation for a cognitive assessment.

Kit 1 contains: 5 pieces of fabric, sand art landscape, Timeslide Home Album, puzzle cube, pompom containers (3) and divider tray, Chickadee Duo puzzle (6 bags of puzzles), book- Encyclopedia of Rainbows, Book- The Colour of Canada .

Kit 2 contains: knotted rope (3 pieces), hand towels (5), coloured pencils (10) and sharpener (1), Large Print colouring book, Pushpop disk, Puzzle board (2), Puzzle Pieces (10 of each colour- red, yellow, blue, orange, white, green), Book- 1940's Memory Lane, Book- The Picture book of Dogs, Book - Feast Your Eyes .
