Summary: Jacob Hunt is a teenage boy with Asperger's Syndrome. He is not adept at reading social cues or expressing himself to others but, like many kids with AS, Jacob has one special focus at which he is brilliant: forensic analysis. He turns up at crime scenes (thanks to the police scanner he keeps in his room) and tells the cops what they need to do...and he's usually right. Then, in a horrible twist of irony, Jacob finds himself the chief suspect in a murder.
